Wrong language MDN page shows up first in result group for specific query

I searched "retry-after in a 200?" and clicked on the first MDN result (first entry in the second result group):

The first entry was unexpectedly a Russian-language page, and you can see the ru language code in the breadcrumbs of the entry above.

I'm in the United States and my language is set to English everywhere (OS, browser, Kagi), so I was expecting the English-language page to show up first.

The second entry in the result group is the same page, but in English, so it wasn't too much trouble 🙂
