Show domain information when searching for WHOIS

It would be cool if searching for WHOIS / DNS would show domain information.
For example: if I'm searching WHOIS kagi.com it would show information about kagi.com, DNS kagi.com would show current domain DNS etc.

I don't know any search engine to do this, and I don't know if this is possible. It's just a thought because from time to time I need to check DNS / WHOIS.

I think it's a lot of work for some feature that is not used that much and is also easily accessible by other ways:

!who DOMAIN
!whois DOMAIN

easy to remember websites:
who.is
whois.com

This would be a great addition. It may be a seldom used feature anyone needing this is two clicks other tools, but if you're testing other things of a browser it's nice to not need to leave it. There are plenty of APIs you could use for the query.

I like this idea a lot, I think it falls into the same nice-to-have category as "what is my ip".

The widget is already kind of big and crowded. And we already have domain registration date. What other information would you like to see?
