Google translate "results" appear in result list, redirecting to likely malicious sites

Since yesterday, I encountered the following twice (with different queries):

Search for https://kagi.com/search?q=go%C3%9Fner+stettin
The second result is "https://translate.google.com/website?sl=en&tl=hi&anno=2&client=srp&prev=search&u=https://ki5h311de22.%D1%86%D0%B5%D0%BD%D1%82%D0%B4.%D1%80%D1%84"

Problems:
Low quality search result
Prominent ranking in results
Redirects to ikely malicious site.

Expected results: No misleading search result high up in the ranking/not displayed at all.
