@gesumin We have infrastructure monitoring, so we are always aware when any downtime occurs. But its also true that we appreciate help identifying a cause. You can make a thread if you have identified a potential cause, i.e. you make a search that can reliably affect a node's availability.
Although something more discrete, like contacting staff on Discord, is also appreciated as we don't necessarily want curious people reading threads and crashing our servers, which is why I redacted the post above after it was confirmed 😺
Perhaps we should have a contact hotline for such things; will see what @Vlad thinks.
