Kagi kid's profiles include additional theming (https://help.kagi.com/kagi/plans/family-plan.html#illustrations) and seemingly change the logo to a dog (see picture at https://help.kagi.com/kagi/plans/family-plan.html#ai). I am not a kid but I want this theming. I don't think it would change existing workflows.
I see users using this because they like more playful interfaces.
