Another default Time option for searches

I would like to add another option (or two) to the default Time dropdown. I'd like to add 3 months back, and it's time consuming to enter that period in the custom setter.

While I'd be happy with a "3 months" setting, making it custom, or to add multiple (6 mos etc) would be nice too.

Click on the Time drop down and choose a time window to search in.

In settings, being able to affect that list, by adding custom time period, or modifying the existing ones. Presumably i could select unit of time, and number of units.

Yes! Please add 3 and 6 months and/or make the list customizable (something like a pin/unpin for custom times, sorted into the existing list).

I use this feature a ton and a little more granularity or customizability would save me a lot of clicks.

Especially the custom option is the reason why I voted this up. When you are searching for programming topics it doesn't make sense to search only for results of the last days or the last month. I would really appreciate it if one could specify a relative time before the point in time when the search is done.
