New domain information popup shows previous favicon briefly

I can only reproduce on new domains, ones I previously haven't visited. It looks like its hitting some cache, if its there its using the correct one and making a request to get a (possible) new one, if its not in the cache its displaying the previously shown icon while it waits for the response.
