Just thought I would share this search as it's a bit strange. UK based search, for "winsafe". The top 4 results are all from the same site (a Canadian site I might add), the 5th result is some small irrelevant blog, and the 6th result is github one I wanted. Note that github.com has been "raised" in priority by the up arrow next to the result, yet it's still below a bunch of nonsense. It might even make sense for winsafe.com to be the top result, but for it to be the top 4 results is a bit much. 
I'd expect raised results that match my query to be closer to the top. I'd also expect that one site can't dominate basically the whole of the first page of results, requiring me to scroll to find other sites. Especially when that top result essentially has 10-sub links on the first result already!
