Allow browser plugin to set or remeber summary type and output language

Normally I use 'key moment' and a different language other than the default language when I use the summary plugin. It would be really helpful if I don't have to choose them every time.

Either remember the type chosen last time, or allow a permanent setting.

I am pretty sure it already does that. At least it works for me in the 0.4.2 version.
I even saw an extension code that saves this data. The commit was 3 weeks ago:

Vlad I have checked that I have updated to 0.4.2. The reason might be I am using Firefox?

Edit: Oh I see. So after I check the option I want, I need to go to settings in top right corner and click save settings. Then it will remember the behavior. This seems a bit counter intuitive but thank you now it works.
