inesicio When adding a URL to the Kagi Summerizer mask, the generated link does NOT work in a new tab. This used to work. So opening https://kagi.com/summarizer/index.html and typing http://example.com/ in the "Enter URL" field and then clicking "Summerize" works. When I open the generated URL (in the example above, that would be https://kagi.com/summarizer/index.html?url=http%3A%2F%2Fexample.com%2F&target_language=&summary=takeaway somewhere else), the Summerizer no longer works and I am redirected to the home page. I noticed this with my bookmarklet, which no longer works because of this. Opening https://kagi.com/summarizer/index.html?url=http%3A%2F%2Fexample.com%2F&target_language=&summary=takeaway show show the kagi summerizer with the target URL being summerized.
feedbackhax Works for me. Do you mean example.com specifically? That can't be summarized. It's too short. It should show an error regarding this. Other URLs work for me. My bookmarklet works.
inesicio I didn't change anything but it works now. Maybe some kind off browser caching? Anyway, solved…
feedbackhax @Vlad reopen please, it just happened to me too A redirect from /summarizer to /, keeping the URL params. Happens with a financial times article for instance. I can not use my bookmarket now...
inesicio Still works for me since the short time it did not yesterday. But obvisouly something is up here… @feedbackhax Maybe you should share the URL it started to occur with, could this be related to the issue? This was mine yesterday: https://www.cst.cam.ac.uk/blog/afb21/oops-we-automated-bullshit (but works now…)
archpareto A redirect from /summarizer to /, keeping the URL params. I have also been experiencing this issue today.
