Custom assistant settings use the wrong model

I have a custom assistant setup like this:

However, when I ask it what model it is, it replies gpt-3:

If I ask gpt-4 what model it is, it replies: gpt-4:

It looks like the model selection is ignored when having a custom 'chat' assistant
