Image Search Returns NSFW Results/Porn With Safe Search Enabled

I searched "poop emoji" in the image search for meme reasons, and after scrolling down a bit, there was an NSFW image result on the first page: https://kagi.com/images?q=poop+emoji

In fairness, the image does contain a poop emoji, but it still probably shouldn't show up when Safe Search is enabled.

When Safe Search is enabled images containing NSFW content/nudity should not appear in search results.

For now I have disabled the source where this image came from. Quality of results should not be affected too badly, we'll take a look for a more permanent fix.
