Reddit result is not appearing with "Forums" lens

If I search for "The Logistics of X — Coal Mining", this Reddit thread is included in my search result:

However, if I activate the "Forums" lens, it no longer appears in the results at all:

Query: "The Logistics of X — Coal Mining"
Region: Sweden

So it seems that Reddit results are not included... But no that's not true. If I add "reddit" to the query, then a Reddit results appear. One of the ones is the one I was looking for.

This does not seem right. The relevant result was not found when using the Forums lens. This is the exact case where I want to use the Forums lens, so it not working like I expect here seems troublesome. When looking for discussions about a topic, e.g. a video, I usually search for it with the forum lens bang to find discussions. But in this case, it actually hid the relevant result.

Strange, now it does appear...

You can tell from the original screenshot that this did not work before. The result is over a month old so it's strange that it updated just now.

The result now includes many results from Reddit (see the ones from r/factorio). In my original screenshot with the lens search, no Reddit results were included at all.

EDIT:
Just before taking this screenshot, I searched this term on Google which showed me the Reddit result at the top. Could this have caused an index update on their end which then propagated to Kagi's use of the Google index? I have no clue, but it for sure wasn't working before.
