Clock Widget - Issues with "the" in time lookups

Steps to reproduce:
Search for:
"Time in the United States"
"Time in the United Kingdom"
"Time in the USA"
"Time in the UK"
"Time in the Federal Republic of Germany"
The widget will not open and a normal search will open instead.
This happens with the full name of every country in which a "the" would be a natural part of the search sentence

Expected behavior:
The time widget should open, as it does if those same country names are searched without a "the"
Compare:

"Time in United Kingdom"
"Time in USA"
"Time in UK"
"Time in Federal Republic of Germany"

Side note: The displayed full names of countries are also lacking their grammatically correct "the" in the results.

As such "Current time in X" (United States, Federal Republic of Germany, etc) is displayed instead of "Current time in the X"
