Improve Kagi's ability to immediately respond to basic unit conversions.
What are the exact ways that you see a user using your proposed feature? Please go into as much detail as possible, and provide examples of how other browsers/apps implement this feature, if applicable. If your feature suggestion adds on to an existing feature, how would it work into it to extend its usefulness?
I've been using a paid Kagi account for about a week now and was surprised to see there's no speed conversion. Either that, or I just don't know the magic words to make Kagi convert speed units.
I've tried:
- 95 mph to kph
- 95 mph in km/h
- 95 mph in kph
- convert 95 miles per hour to kilometres per hour
- Multiple other variations.
None of the above queries produce an instant unit conversion.
If the feature does indeed already exist in Kagi, then it's definitely too finnicky to invoke and the wording should be changed. I've been typing the same thing into Google for a decade now, and to improve Kagi's chances of "converting" users away from Google, search terms need to feel more natural and familiar with what they are already used to.
