What did you expect to happen? Describe the desired functionality.
Assistant produces links that at least resolve, even if they may not contain the exact content that I'm seeking.

Bonus points for assistant providing nice footnote citations without me having to use custom instructions to try and coerce it into doing so (as I do with the search function on gpt4) - thanks Vlad!
