I created an account for my child.
Login as the child was not really intuitive (I could not imagine that her short name was a sufficient login but that’s out of the topic).
But, after login-in, everything is in English.
My Kagi account is in French. Her phone is in French. Her browser is in French. Kagi is in English and doesn’t offer any option to change that.
