Adding a search engine shortcut broken: TypeError

Steps to reproduce:

Login to Kagi
Click "More"
Click "Customize"
Under "search engine name" type "Bing"
Select "Bing images"
Some fields will be prefilled (name, url, shortcut)
Press "Add"
BUG happens

The console tells me:

Expected behavior:
I expect the shortcut to be added and some kind of message telling me the shortcut was added.
