Steps to reproduce:
Search for "Corona Infektionen Deutschland"
Switch to "News"
Set Result from "vital.de" to "BLOCK", you will notice it does not persist
Repeat Search - vital.de is still in the list
Confirm in settings that the domain is on BLOCK but still showing up in News "Interesting News" results.
Expected behavior:
Any Result from vital.de is gone everywhere on kagi.
