Steps to reproduce:
Load prepaid on kagi (with opennode), pay for 1 month of professional, at the end of the month you get an warning that there is an open bill and the next month isn't paid for, load $100 on account with opennode, switch plan to yearly, when switching it says there is still positive balance and discounts ~$9 from the yearly subscription -> paid only ~$98 instead of the full amount for a full yearly subscription.
I think kagi sees open bills in stripe as paid or as credit somehow?
Expected behavior:
Yearly subscription should cost $108 instead of $98, kagi should not accept open stripe bills as positive/remaining credit on the account
