If I understand correctly, you're asking about help.kagi.com and kagifeedback.org?
If so, both sites have search bars that you can use, that do not count against your trial searches.
On feedback it opens by the magnifying glass at the top:
On help.kagi.com, you can find it here:
You can also jump to the help site by searching !help billing for example - this will go right to our documentation without doing any searches that count against your trial.
