Assistant displays &; encoded results

Steps to reproduce:
Ask Assistant a question with a commonly reserved character in it. In this instance I did what does this mean with regards to black holes? "relativistic frame dragging is causing its spin axis to precess."
Hit enter
Observe

Expected behavior:
The assistant display my question as what does this mean with regards to black holes? "relativistic frame dragging is causing its spin axis to precess." before answering it. Instead it displays the quotation marks as "

Note that this only happens in the "Ask anything ..." bar, or using !bangs. I didn't observe this behaviour with the "follow-up question" field. Also, I should have said it displays the prompts as &; encoded, the results are fine
