Steps to reproduce: Search for "stract" (no quotes, web, no lenses, International, default order, all time, no verbatim). Results include "Scratch" but do not show "Showing results for scratch" and "Search instead for stract".
Expected behavior: Kagi always shows a hint when an expression in the query is "corrected" / interpreted. (As in, for example, "stract search".)
Debug info: Chromium / Linux / International / EUROPE-WEST2
It was quite obvious in this case ("stract" to "scratch") but, in general, it might not be obvious from the first few results and might even lead one to believe that the given results are (all the) relevant results.
Ideally, if the query would return results if it had been run in verbatim mode, then it shouldn't even be "corrected" by default and without user action into another query that returns more / better known results - but that is of course easily fixed with quotes or verbatim mode and therefore negligible.
Apologies if this has been reported before and I merely failed to find that report.
