Can confirm, it's wrong. +10 is actually eastern sibiria.
If you search for "time in nicosia" (capital of Cyprus) instead, it's the proper time.
Makes you wonder if maybe not the timezone offset by itself is wrong, but that it matches the wrong location actually (like some small village also named cyprus somewhere), but then still paints the proper location on the map.
