pdm Just found something interesting. These pages continue to reproduce the issue for me (MDN result is French): https://kagi.com/search?q=mdn+etag https://kagi.com/search?q=mdn+etag+site%3Adeveloper.mozilla.org When I am logged out, this page fails to reproduce the issue for me (MDN result is English): https://kagi.com/search?q=mdn+etag&r=us&sh=l8vOTNjm6wU4J3TGKYNX9w When I am logged in, this page produces a third language (MDN result is simplified Chinese): https://kagi.com/search?q=mdn+etag&r=us&sh=l8vOTNjm6wU4J3TGKYNX9w If desired, I could continue to play around with it. Let me know if this would be helpful!
pdm I could provide the x-request-id HTTP response headers on some these pages if it would be helpful.
warpspin Small add on: When I receive the Chinese language result first, and I load more results, the Korean language version shows up - with a French description:
warpspin Slightly different attempt: https://kagi.com/search?q=etag+site%3Adeveloper.mozilla.org First result with Chinese description: Second page has Brazilian version of site with Japanese description, and, finally a different page, (Last-Modified) showing the same problem, where the English language version shows a Chinese description:
warpspin I tried around a bit - most HTTP header names do not immediately exhibit the wrong behaviour. Finally found another one: https://kagi.com/search?q=set-cookie+mdn
Vapid What happened? How did it happen? What are the steps to replicate the issue. The meta info appears to display in Chinese. My region is set to Sweden and the URL of the website is the en-US website. I'm not sure if this is an issue with Mozilla or Kagi so I'm reporting it here just in case. Google and Bing correctly displays the English meta text. https://kagi.com/search?q=http+429&r=se&sh=Jkn0DfBWL_baT_X_v9Cvyw What did you expect to happen? Describe the desired functionality. The meta text to display in english.
warpspin I encountered similar behaviour outside of mozilla.org now: https://kagi.com/search?q=davinci+resolve Connected to: EUROPE-WEST2 Gives a french description for the first hit:
