Mismatched wiki result

Don’t know if it’s related but looking for "Belgique" with region as "Belgium" has the first result as:

(which is expected)

but the preview card on the right points to:

(which is clearly unexpected)

both seem to point to the French wikipedia now. This can be marked as done @Luis
