Steps to reproduce:
- Create a lense with "Include only these sites in results"
- Search for any term within that lense
- Notice your results are not as good as you expected, and remove one domain from the lense
- Search for the same term within that lense again - get cached results from step 2
Expected behavior:
Current setting of lense should be respected instead of getting results served from a cache
