kagi134 It's a combinaison of things. Firstly, not having the mental space to get into the details of it, especially to do that properly, privately and securely. It feels too easy to screw your own privacy. Cash exists, it's easy, we all have it, we can all put it in an envelope. Secondly, it's not trusting the environment of cryptocurrencies; I do not really see the need for them (for regular payments, I have a card; for private payments, I have cash), and they are too often used by scammers. I do not feel comfortable financing services that also enable scams and fraud. If I have to pay a commission for a private payment, I would rather pay for a stamp to send cash by mail than pay some online platform I do know that also enable scammers.
