Searching for "C++ language server" yields results on typhoid fever

Steps to reproduce:

Search for "C++ language server"
_Half of the results are about typhoid fever, including first result and Wikipedia box

Expected behavior:

All results are about C++ and language servers; none of them are about infectious diseases.

System info:
Both Chrome and Firefox, Windows 10, "International" search, connected to EUROPE-WEST.

I can't reproduce it anymore. Tested it on 4 different machines, in a combination of Windows, Linux and Android, Firefox and Chrome, regular and Incognito mode - on all of them, results look correct now, similar to your screenshot +/- ordering.

It's fixed from my POV (though I'm still curious as to what could've caused the behavior I originally reported).
