Apple touch icon and favicon-32x32/16x16 don't match favicon

Steps to reproduce:
These icons are grey:
(I only pasted the links, but flarum automatically shows these images, you can get the link with a right click)

The favicon.ico is yellow like the Kagi logo:

I found these in the opensearch.xml, these icons will be displayed in the search engine list on Firefox and probably also on other browsers.

Expected behavior:
The icons mentioned above match the favicon

pixel Thank you! Found another one, the extension also ships the gray one. (at least firefox)
(A little bit confused, @Vlad wrote that the icons should be gray, I thought the icons should be yellow, and you also changed them to yellow.)
