Teclis is broken

The Teclis standalone engine seems to have been broken for a few months now. I'd suggest redirecting users to Kagi if it's not going to come back.

Steps to reproduce:

Visit https://teclis.com/.
Try a search.
Get greeted by a "maintenance" error.

Expected behavior:
Search results show up.

Debug info:
US-WEST, Firefox 116 on Linux.

Seirdy It is not broken, unfortunately we needed to turn off public facing free service due to bot abuse in Dec 2022 (you can see the notice on Teclis.com website).

Teclis index is still available through Kagi's search results, explicitly through the "Non-commercial Web" lens and also as an API.
