Steps to reproduce:
I searched for "the windmill" "we saw it" hidden spell "right angle" - several phrases I remembered from a song that used text from a B class movie.
Kagi did not find any relevant results (shared search link):

I use "International" region, my server is EUROPE-WEST2.
Note: I considered linking to sites providing relevant content here, but I suppose if I did, Kagi would index them, therefore rendering my complaint invalid, and perhaps harder to investigate 😅
I recognize these results are highly obscure, but my understanding was that Kagi uses Google's indexes too, so I'm surprised that using Google Search yielded results that were not available to Kagi.
In general, my impression is that with queries made up of multiple short phrases surrounded in quotes, Kagi generally performs worse compared to other search engines, but I'm still building a more comprehensive collection of examples.
