Currently mobile and desktop versions both show up in search results by default. This can be seen in the promoted example search for Steve Jobs for example. Where both these Wikipedia results appear separately if you are logged out of Kagi or don't have personalizations for this.

The mobile site in this case is not adding anything since the default version redirects automatically to mobile anyway if someone is on mobile.
My suggestion is for known popular sites such as Wikipedia to just list the default website, if the site redirects for mobile anyway.
As well as adding a link for the mobile version beside the result in case someone wants to view the mobile version on desktop. Perhaps in the three dot list where archive view, summarize, etc is currently located.
