Query shows results for spammy aggregators, but not the original source

Steps to reproduce:
Search symbol function definition void "elpaca-log-defaults"

Expected behavior:
For such a highly-specific query, I would expect to see https://github.com/progfolio/elpaca/issues/155, whose title is:

[Bug]: Elpaca upgrade doesn't work with new function `elpaca-log-defaults` · Issue #155 · progfolio/elpaca

Note that Google returns zero results – the GitHub ticket was opened two weeks ago, and it appears that the aggregators have indexed it before Google. DDG's result is just kind of off the mark a little, showing the repo's main page instead of something more relevant.

Ideally, I do not want to see any SEO spam sites regurgitating content from original sources, but I know that's a cat-and-mouse game. On the other hand, if it weren't for those aggregators, I wouldn't have found the expected result unless I searched directly in GitHub.

I've just had very similar problem today with query "dim_eval_end". The last result on the first page pointed to https://githubplus.com/lvjr/tabularray/issues/326 instead of https://github.com/lvjr/tabularray/issues/326, even though I have github.com set to Raise in Personalized Results.

In contrast to OP, that issue has been created 8 months ago, so it should have been indexed by other search engines by now

cdro The fact that this is the last link in your results, already inidicates us recognizing this is a spam site and deranking it. Bigger issue here is that the original result was not found.
