Lens ignores region and displays non-English results

Steps to reproduce:

Expected behavior:
I expect to see English results only since that's the "region" set in the settings.

This seems to be related to having placed the asterisk in front of *stackoverflow.com.

We will continue to look into this - in the meantime I would recommend removing the asterisk at the front, and see if that works as you expect.
