Steps to reproduce:
Search for any time conversion from IST to CEST, e.g.:
Expected behavior:
Result should be:
4:30pm IST in CEST is 01:00pm CEST
Two issues here:
- CET is now not observed because locations are on summer time / daylight saving time and are using CEST.
- Time conversion is wrong, showing the wrong time
