Enable shortcut for timer to start immediately

Right now we can simply write "2 minutes" to invoke a 2 minute timer. Nice and easy.

However, it's also necessary to actually start it. Would you consider adding a shortcut for invoking and starting a timer?

I suggest appending a exclamation mark to the command: "2 minutes!"

This is not directly related but another thing I've noticed is that it might be a little difficult to locate the tab that contains the finished timer.

Would you consider making it easier to identify which tab is beeping? Flashing favicon/title or something along those lines.
