FastGPT can't handle numerical conversions into hexadecimals.

Steps to reproduce:
I tried to ask FastGPT to convert a number into hexadecimal format, and no response was given. The exact input was "convert 1310707108 to hexadecimal value"

Expected behavior:
A conversion into hex, which is "4E1FCDA4".
