Expected behavior:
The more likely definition of withdrawal, "the action of withdrawing something" should be surfaced as the main definition, with the definition in the context of coitus should be listed as an alternate.

I also noticed this, I think the issue is with https://www.wordsapi.com/ - they don't seem to order the definitions in any useful way. So it surfaces weird/old/slang definitions at time.

Could see a LLM helping here - order by the most likely definition (in terms of probability).
