"Forums" lens sometimes returns no results with region enabled

Steps to reproduce:
Search for any keyword text with a region set using the built-in "Forums" lens
Kagi returns empty results
Switching the region on and off will cause it to work properly. Next time a new search is started with the region set and the lens enabled, the same thing happens.

Expected behavior:
Get the same results as when the region is set to "International", since the lens doesn't use region settings.

I just ran into this as well. Basic reproduction steps are as follows.

Navigate to https://kagi.com/search.
Activate the built-in "Forums" lens.
Set the search region to something other than "International" (e.g. "United States").
Enter something arbitrary as the query.
Press enter to run the search.
Observe that there are no results displayed.
Change the region to anything else (e.g. Antarctica).
Observe that there are results displayed.

Note there appears to be some kind of caching in use and so it's worth varying the search used in step (4).

Going directly to the search via a URL such as https://kagi.com/search?q=test&r=us&l=1 will also trigger the problem.

Edit: It's possibly worth noting that I'm in Australia, which I assume @riddley may be as well based on the example in their screenshot. While I get the same problem regardless of which search region I use, maybe there's some issue specific to the Kagi region that we're connecting to?
