If you set the search region to "Japan" and search for "best headphones" (in English, not in Japanese), both Japanese and English sites will appear in the search results, confirming that the widget is not working.

e.g.) The widget does not work for underlined Japanese listicles.
Alternatively, you can also check by searching for "おすすめのヘッドホン" (meaning "recommended headphones" in Japanese) in any region.
