I'm delighted by the new soft and hard pay-per-use limits.
Minor requests:
1) Pay-per-use soft and hard limits are in dollar amounts, but description talks cents. I might tweak text to read "additional searches will be billed at a rate of USD $0.015 (1.5 cents) per search"
2) Since search costs are $0.015 US/search, I would expect to be able to set limit values with up to three places after decimal. Yes I can round, but it seems odd that I can't set exact value for one search or any multiple thereof.
3) Since we're talking about US currency, displaying limits with one digit after decimal looks strange. Please show, say, "10" or "10.00" not "10.0" for whole dollar amounts, otherwise usual two (or when needed, three) digits after decimal.
