Universal Summarizer fails on YouTube livestream VODs

Steps to reproduce:

Expected behavior:
I expected it to extract the transcript and provide a summary, like it can for all other captioned YouTube videos.

httpjames It appears to work now. It could be possible that live videos do not have transcript as they are streamed?

This was attempted after it was aired. Maybe the transcription was still being generated at the time.
