Steps to reproduce:
- Change language to Korean.
- Go to settings.
- Click 'Country/Region' drop down menu.
Expected behavior:
Region options should be sorted in Korean alphabetical order.
And presumably, other languages have this problem as well (especially non-alphabetic languages).
