Sometimes the suggestions are the search results. For example if I'm searching for "apache vs " I want to see what the popular alternatives are. This isn't unique to versus queries. Rather than have 8 suggestions in the autocomplete dropdown, I'd like to see 50 or 100 on a static page.
There is a way to enumerate them as a workaround for now which is to do, to continue the example, "apache vs a" "apache vs b" "apache vs c" but that's tedious and the "results" are ephemeral.
