A domain I blocked in Personalized Results is still returned when searching through the official Kagi MCP server (kagi_search_fetch), in both the "search" and "news" workflows. Per the Search API docs, account personalization should be inherited. Passing the domain in exclude_domains does filter it out, so only the account-level settings are ignored. I suspect all personalization (raise/lower/pin) is ignored, not just blocks.
Steps:
- Block a domain in Settings → Personalized Results.
- Connect the Kagi MCP server with an API key from the same account.
- Run kagi_search_fetch with a query that would normally return that domain, with no include/exclude filters.
- Results from the blocked domain still appear.
All account personalization (block, lower, raise, pin) should be applied to Search API and MCP results in every workflow, as in the web UI and as documented.
