I assumed with all the focus translate got someone would have already given feedback about this because it seriously hampers use.
When using the Kagi translate extension on x or reddit, it offers alternative translations which end uptaking a lot of space and wastes ai tokens as the default translation is great enough. If it was only for the initial post it would be fine but seeing it in the posts below hampers usability as it makes it difficult to scroll and should just be an option
Is the needed modifying of a feature a bug or a suggestion request? I worry it will be put on the backburner as a suggestion but it isnt a bug. 
They will be able to see and use the integration on X
