Order by Time doesn’t work

Steps to reproduce:
Search for “best nail clipper site:reddit.com”
Then Order by Time
Play with ascending vs descending

Expected behavior:
Should sort results based on time when Reddit post was created, but order by setting doesn’t seem to do anything.

Limiting results to Past year works, so seems like the time data is there.

Debug info:
Region: United States

Agreed, take a look at this one. It seems that the top one is there because it's "raised" and the "sub result" does also not fit in the ordering.
