When on a poor wifi or data connection — like when travelling on a train — the Assistant interface typically loads easily (on any browser or as a web app). But opening an old thread, especially longer old threads, is nearly impossible. They just don't load. When attempting this, it looks like the Assistant is hanging and a 500 error is eventually thrown up.
I'm not sure what the background architecture is that might be causing this, but it is worth saying that on those same poor connections I am able to start a new thread and query the Assistant with relative ease.
For reference, I have only tested this on my laptop.
