I can reproduce this. It works correctly when I only have the Kagi Search for Firefox extension running, but if I add the Privacy Pass extension and set it to Incognito Only, container autoauth breaks. Does that happen to match your setup? The logic to keep the two extensions from stepping on each other's toes is a terrible hack and it could cause exactly this.
